It was November 2020. My colorful photo exhibition was canceled during lockdown and I was invited to join a Monochrome Photo Challenge online. Totally different from what I used to do and that’s why I gave it a try. I photographed my pink slippers on the stairs to our appartment to start and I ended with the light that brought me back to Colourland. In between there were experiments in the appartment and in nature. Converting some old photos to B&W was another try out. I remember it as a real challenge but I added black and white to my favorite colour palette ever since.
